A slow wander in nature, designed to improve wellbeing with activities such as forest soaking, journaling and bird watching.
The walk is led by Jade, who is the Nature and Buddy Walk Project Worker at Changes – Positive Action for Mental Health.
This activity is suitable for all people over the age of 16 who are able to walk a 5 km round trip.
