  • boosts physical, mental and social wellbeing

Ageing Well are offering a series of Health Walks for people to enjoy as part of Walkfest22, the East Lothian Festival of Walking and Wheeling.

As well as these two walks in North Berwick, there is also a walk in Tranent on Friday 19th August.

All ages and abilities are welcome but please note that you will need to register beforehand. To register or to find out more, please contact Parvine, our coordinator, on 07718 117585 or email pjazayeri@eastlothian.gov.uk

Shorter walk (30 mins)

A short walk of around 30 minutes on a fairly flat route. We will walk towards to the Tennis courts, enjoy the scenery and then head back along the sea front for even more spectacular views. This walk is ideal for those who like to take things a little slowly or have walking aids.

Longer walk (1 hr)

This is a longer walk, slightly over an hour that provides a great opportunity for a natter while enjoying a good walk around parts of North Berwick. There may be a mixture of terrain but nothing too strenuous and a little bit of local history.
