The Health Walks are free to join.We think that the social aspect of walking with one of our groups is just as important as the physical exercise so we try to make sure we end in a place where we can purchase a cuppa.
Walks are a medium pace on flat terrain. Inclines are usually avoided.
Dogs are not allowed.
Anyone is welcome.
Toilets will be available at the start and finish points.
Some walkers go for coffee after the walk.
What to bring:
Please dress for the Scottish Weather and wear comfortable shoes. You might also want to bring a water bottle too.
