With : Walks Upon A Time

A short walk along the historic seafront in North Berwick, from the harbour to the top of Castle Hill, with local guide Kevin Hunter of Walks Upon A Time.

Starting at the Scottish Seabird Centre, you will walk around the harbour area, along East Beach (Milsley Bay) to Castle Hill.

There will be plenty of opportunities to observe and learn about nature and the wildlife all around, find out more about what makes our local geology so special and hear stories about some of the people and events from North Berwick’s history.

Your walk will finish in a local cafe with the opportunity for a cuppa and the chance to talk over what you’ve seen and heard.

Although the walk is short in distance, it does include stairs, beach walking and a short but steep hill.

Please come with sensible footwear, a warmer layer and outdoor waterproof jackets. You might also want to bring, sunscreen, a bottle of water and a snack!

This walk will run twice (morning and afternoon). Please are sure you select the right ticket for the time slot of your choice. The walk will last approximately 2 hours.

We would be grateful if you could leave your dog at home.
