At different times and places throughout the week

With : Ageing Well

Gentle walks of less than an hour with a friendly, supportive group
Ageing Well are offering Health Walks across the county for people to enjoy as part of the Walking Festival 2023.

A health walk is:

• A safe, friendly and supportive group of walkers

• Led by a trained volunteer

• Less than an hour long

• Includes a gentle warm-up and cool-down

• Boosts physical, mental and social wellbeing

• Takes place weekly, so if you enjoy it, you can come regularly

All ages and abilities are welcome but please note that you will need to register beforehand.

Monday August 28th

Athelstaneford, 10 am – Parish Church

Haddington, 10 am – Aubigny Sports Centre

North Berwick, 1.30 pm – contact Parvine for details of where to meet.

There’s a choice of two walks in North Berwick, short (30 mins) or long (an hour to an hour and a half)

Tuesday August 29th

Aberlady, 10 am – contact Parvine for details of where to meet

Dunbar, 10 am – The Bleachingfield Centre

Prestonpans, 10 am – Prestonpans Community Centre

Wednesday August 30th

Dirleton, 10 am – The Castle Inn

Musselburgh, 10 am – Musselburgh Sports Centre

Friday September 1st

Dunbar, 10 am – The Bleachingfield Centre

Pencaitland, 10 am – Pencaitland Pavilion and Bowling Club

Saturday September 2nd
