Following their successful ‘Making of a Toun’ walk in 2023, Catching The Past will once again take you on a journey into history as you walk through this coastal town accompanied by their costumed guides.
Starting at the Mercat Cross, the walk will take in some of the hidden gems of Prestonpans, while your guides will tell you stories of the place and the people who called the town their home.
The walk will proceed at a gentle pace, using mainly pavements and firm surfaces, taking approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete. Please wear appropriate and comfortable footwear and bring waterproofs – this is Scotland!
This is a small group (only 8 people) walk so please ensure you reserve your place.
