New walkers – Gullane loop

A gentle walk of 5 km / 3 miles

This walk starts at Gullane Bents car park and follows the dune paths into the woods. We carry on to the bay at Muirfield and the black rocks, passing the hidden ruins of St Martins Church before turning to follow the beach back to the start point.

This is a gentle walk of 5 km / 3 miles. There are some undulating, small inclines and a mixture underfoot of hard earth, grass and sand so please wear appropriate footwear – trainers that offer a bit of support would be fine.

The walk should take 1 – 1 ½ hours at an easy pace but we will go at whatever speed the group is comfortable with.

Please bring a drink.

Group size is a maximum of 15 walkers so please book early through eventbrite to make sure of your place.
